Getting Started

Follow these simple steps to get up and running with the Ascendea Community App on your iOS or Android device.

Download the App

Search for Kollab by LeadConnector on the Apple App Store or Google Play Store and tap Download. See the links in the Download section below.

Sign In with Your Ascendea Credentials

Use the same email address and password you registered with for your Ascendea Community, Course, or Client Portal account.

No Password? Use OTP Login

If you haven't set a password or have forgotten it, tap "Sign in with OTP" on the login screen. A one-time passcode will be sent to your registered email address.

Select Your Domain

If you are a member of multiple Ascendea communities or domains, you will be prompted to choose which one to enter. Scroll through the list and select the relevant Ascendea space.

Explore Your Community

Once signed in, you can access your community groups, courses, discussions, events, and all the content available to your membership tier — all in one place.
